All Cabin Dishes are served with two eggs cooked any style and toast. Often imitated, never duplicated! From the VanPelt homestead, dirt floors, hand-split log walls, and a stone hearth. The following homespun creations are a salute to Kevin’s first endeavor at culinary skills.

We use 3 pasteurized eggs, pan-cooked without stirring until set, then served folded in half with American fries & toast.

Diverse as the city it symbolizes. Buffalo sausage, Cheddar cheese and hash browns all smothered with sausage gravy, and a choice of toast.
Mama says eat your veggies! Shredded Jack cheese, fresh diced onions, tomatoes, bell peppers and sautéed mushrooms.
Fresh spinach and fresh mushrooms and we pour on the Hollandaise sauce. Peace out, man!
